Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter Makeup Tutorial and Review
As a professional makeup artist, I'm always testing and trying new products to add to my kit. Charlotte Tilbury has become one of my go-to brands when creating everyday and red carpet makeup. I'm not a huge fan of traditional makeup primer (I focus on great skincare before makeup application), so this product is a big win! It's versatile - you can wear it as a primer (under foundation), mix it in foundation, blend over makeup or wear it alone! In this video, I'll show you my favorite way to apply Flawless Filter.
