I'm so excited to be on NBC's new morning show, California Live! This segment was about Spring cleaning your beauty and wellness routine. We filmed at one of my favorite San Francisco beauty stores, Ayla Beauty. I featured a handful of tips, tricks and beauty products to help you transition your beauty routine with the Spring season.

EO Essential Oils
Bath Salt Soak
Now that the weather is beginning to warm up in California (yay!), we'll be spending more time enjoying the beautiful outdoors. It's the perfect time to hike to a waterfall or take an active walk through the flower fields that are bursting with new blooms. During this time of transition from Winter to Spring, I like to support the body with an epsom salt bath. Epsom salt soaks help to treat tired muscles, aches and pain. I love Northern California based brand, EO because they incorporate essential oils to help sooth the mind and calm your senses. If you don't have a tub, you can use a soaking bowl for your feet!
Amethyst Exfoliating Body Polish
Winter can leave skin dry, dull, and in need of a refresh. Using a body polisher helps to remove build up of flakey skin and rough patches. Once the dry layers of skin are removed, your skin will be smooth and glowing. This body polish uses crushed amethyst gemstones and coconut oil to exfoliate and hydrate at the same time.
Gua Sha Tool
Take your skin to the gym with a Gua Sha facial tool! Just like we exercise our muscles at the gym, we need to exercise and tone the muscles in our face. I recently discovered the Gua Sha tool at Ayla Beauty and I love this natural way to lift, depuff and sculpt the face. Locals: Stop in Ayla Beauty for a gua sha facial treatment!

Spring is the perfect time of year to add a pop of color to your makeup routine. A palette with brightening colors is easy for travel and a busy life. This one from RMS beauty has everything you need to refresh your routine: bronzer, luminizer, lip and cheek colors (2), and a balm! It's finger friendly, so you don't need any brushes. For a fresh brightening effect on your cheeks, apply blush to the apple of your cheek and blend.
